    suprisingly good

I got Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine just for the sake of passing time and found it was brilliant, well worth the cheap price.

    Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine

Despite the (what I think is) lame title, the ego-shooter, Space Marine, does a brilliant job of delivering round about six hours of adrenalin-pumping goodness, and the whole thing plays just fine. One tip I would give, is to look ahead, and take your adversaries on, face-to-face, as the shooting isn't that important. Most of Space Marine's combat is done up close and personal. Overall, it's a good game, with a cheesy title.

    Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine

Warhammer 40,000 Space marine is pretty simple slash and hack game. You can get bored with campaign pretty fast because you simply just tap some controller buttons, but it has cool stuff thrown in as well like jump packs and other cool stuff. But still its very simple, the multi-player is the spice of game! It has kept me play for weeks and I don't feel like its boring. If you are big fan of Warhammer, you should buy this for its multi-player.

Great game for fans of WH 40k

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine has a nice visual flare (cool animations and character models), although the enviroments are nothing special (but functional enough). The campaign gets off to a slow start although it has a very cool intro piece, I have not progressed really far. The voice acting is quite decent although the characters are not really special. Just Smurfs doing their thing(fans will understand this). The multiplayer is quite brilliant to be honest. Mostly because of the wildy different classes (and jump packs). Customisation shoud be a treat for WH40K fans and space marine fans around the world. Should you be a Warhammer 40 000 fan you can add a star to the review as well. Should you happen to like a mature fantasy-sci-fi setting you should feel right at home as well. All in all a decent by the books game whose main selling point is the warhammer 40 000 universe, I would heavily recommend it for fans of the universe.

    Kill 'em all!!

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is an absolute must have for the Warhammer lover! The game doesn't have that complicated of a plot, but compensates with furious battles versus hordes of Orcs. The best option of the game is the co-op online. It's a really fun game, and I would recommend it to any fans of Warhammer! 10/10!

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine

Entertaining and good action game for PS3 & Xbox 360. Recommended for players who like shooting and hack & slash games without complications, especially if you like the Warhammer 40000 world. Don't expect a roleplaying game, it's 100% action in 3rd person.

    Solid Stuff

As per usual you can get a great deal here if you don't buy a game immediately as it comes out. Space Marine was a game I kind of wanted to play but didn't want to drop 45 euro on. And it was exactly what I expected, a great hack and slash style game with the usual Space Marine story. Good fun all round, probably last you a good 8 hours or so alone, more fun again then with co-op. Overall quite pleased really!

    Slay em all !!!

I love warhammer and I love space marine! It's a good conversion of gamesworkshop space marine for console. Plenty of orc's to slay for the ultramarines. The game lacks coop missions even though there is a coop option. It would have been greate to be able to play the whole campain in coop. Anyway, it's a cool game!

    Gears of Warhammer

Excellent 3rd Person shooter with a lot of similarities to the Gears of War trilogy. Also has a great online mode with Co-op 'horde' style arenas as well as team death match and capture the flag. As you rank up online you will earn new armour and new weapons giving the game a lot of replay value. The main storyline itself is also very good and you don't have to be a warhammer geek to enjoy it, campaign will last you a good 6 - 8 hours at the very least. Highly recommended.

    Warhammer 40K spirit

Really nice game if you don't know 40k universe, otherwise a "must-have" game for 40K tabletop players. The game is really good, fast, strong and extremely bloody sometimes. The different weapons and their effects are really excellent. Have fun with this game!
