I got the headset wich was crackly at first but after an update it became clear and an amazing product. Pros : This can be used with my xbox one.,My pc and my phone. I like the titan fall design. Fits around you're ears well without hurting your head to much. Nice and bass and has good volume control. The mic is removable witch is really cool. Sound is crystal clear. Grest value for the money you spend. you can hear even tiny footsteps. TV connection as well. Cons: After a while it can hurt you're head a little Bass can only go so high before it can starts to crackle. (found this via pc) design may look abit odd or flashy in public (if this botheres you) I don't like the fact that it takes usb and jack import via pc it should really just use one slot but thats hard to get. Overall it's a good headset for the money you spend I was very happy with this product.
