Cinematic Masterpiece
A masterclass in how to shoot a film with engaging action, strong characters and amazing effects. One of the best films to come out of the last decade.

Not only is the film excellent, the sound quality ,on a home cinema system ,is a revelation, highly recommended this is stunning.

Visually stunning. To be honest I expected more from the movie itself but there you have it - your perfect book adaptation for a new era. Characters and sides are a bit too black and white. I guess it was the same in the original story. Still can't wait for part II.

OK sound is Atmos and excellent, but Picture Quality is not for me. It has a lot of film grain (added in post production/scanning) to give it a cinematic look. If I'm buying 4k I don't want to watch with a fuzzy lens over it...I bought the 3D bluray too because I heard it was made without the added film grain...so much clearer.
