Dive into the sinister and darkly humorous world of Trick ‘r Treat, written and directed by Michael Dougherty (Krampus).
This anthology film communes with the spirits of classic horror portmanteaus like Creepshow and Tales from the Crypt, weaving together four chilling tales, all taking place during the same fateful Halloween night. Follow the secretive and disturbing life of a high school principal who leads a double life as a ruthless serial killer; the journey of a young girl (Anna Paquin, X-Men) looking for love who finds something infinitely more macabre; a group of teenagers playing a prank with disastrous consequences; and an old man (Brian Cox, Succession) confronted by Sam, a mischievous trick-or-treater with a terrifying secret. With its interwoven tales of terror and unforgettable characters, Trick ‘r Treat has cemented itself as a Halloween essential, paying loving homage to the golden age of horror comics and 80s creature features with a slick modern style sure to send shivers down the spine of any fright fiend. Get ready for the scariest Halloween of your life – and remember, always check your candy!

Refreshing horror film with twists
Loved it!! Scary but not a boring slasher film as imaginative with 4 stories blended into one film beautifully shot and colourful! Humour and storytelling that took me back to nights of double hammer movies growing up! Fantastic purchase and fabulous design steelbook that tops off a great evening experience, buy it!!

Trick r Treat is Spookily Good
Trick r Treat is one of those movies that I keep coming back to, so when the steelbook version released I just had to buy it. Recommended for any fellow Halloween fans who believe Halloween is not just a holiday,...its a lifestyle 👻🎃🐈⬛

Noooooooo
This is a zavvi exclusive, pre ordered it 3 months ago, and was released October 27th 2025. They took the payment on October 20th and it was still marked as processing not awaiting dispatch. Messaged them, reply was 'our supplier has had issues causing a delay in your order' well its November 3rd and they seem to only want to ship this to people who didn't pre order. Was meant for Halloween night too.luckily paid with monzo and as they took money 3 months ago, showed them screenshot of the order and they initiated a chargeback straight away So I just bought the blu ray off amazon, which came next day (Halloween) Zavvi..lately your delivery times are ridiculous and always blame it on either the supplier or too many orders to handle. You're part of THG (the hut group) one of the biggest and most profitable shared companies in the world!! Get your act together. Ive been paying for vip for 5 years and it seems everyone else got their orders but A LOT of normal members got theirs with buy now on release and got it on Halloween. RIDICULOUS

Trick 'r Treat Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition 4K Ultra HD SteelBook SteelBook
This was due to be delivered Monday, then Tuesday, the Wednesday and Thursday today. Well guess what, Zavvi are saying NOVEMBER 1st at earliest! This was ordered for and expected before Halloween. Call me sad, but I had arranged a family Halloween party with the film to enjoy in the late night. Not often I give Zavvi bad feedback, but let down here 😡👎👎🎃 And I have not even got it yet!!
