I forgot how excellent this movie is! '70s world and style of making movies were totally different. None of this over exaggerated equality stuff. Of course Clint's acting is a bit of emphasized masculinity, but it is fun!
One of Clint's best westerns with a slight supernatural feel to it, Clint plays a mysterious stranger that comes to a towns aid with the impending arrival of some outlaws out for revenge, but the stranger has motives of his own. A superb blu-ray restoration, one would think this was only made recently the video quality is that good. I wonder how long it took to paint the entire town red.
