Evaluation

A great film (plot, scenario, reconstitution, excellent actors, ...) in a beautiful Steelbook. Zavvi good products and service.

excellent

At last a blu ray edition that has not cut out the heart of the story that was the cinema release. All the child leprosy and the grave digger scenes were trashed for a full war movie. I applaud you.

Kingdom of Heaven - Steelbook Edition Blu-ray

My first copy that I received had a defective disc one, but Zavvi sent out a replacement and that set both discs worked perfectly, thanks for replacement Zavvi! Kingdom of Heaven is a great Epic Sword/Knights era movie. Included is all 3 versions of the film.

The sought-after edition

The theatre version of this movie was very, very good, and I was instantly interested in buying a DVD when it came out. Much time later, I finally got my hand on this version, and must say I really like the presentation, as well as the content. The packaging itself is commendable, and not too shiny, which in my case is a plus. All in all, a very good purchase and a great version of a movie some of us greatly appreciate - recommended!

A+++++

Excellent Movie with 3 version, 2 discs and extra material, Steelbook very nice with art inside, highly recommended!

Perfect

It is perfect at all points the visual quality choice of finishes. Thank you very much for he was well protected.

kingdom of heaven steelbook

excellent quality steelbook case and artistry, disc quality better than first release.

A good interpretation of history

This is an excellent film from start to finish it may not be historically correct but obviously based on true events the acting is fantastic not wooden at all the scences really look realistic which adds to the atmosphere of the whole story the extras with the steel book will also keep you well entertained and of course being bluray the colours just jump out at you do not hesitate to buy and watch this movie it's a shame a lot more like this are not made

kingdom of heaven

Disc one would not play waiting for response from Zavvi but have seen this film before and it was great steelbook is really nice just hope I get a playable replacement.

Steelbook of Heaven

I received my steelbook edition of KINGDOM OF HEAVEN today, and I'm very pleased with my first Zavvi purchase. The artwork is, unfortunately, considerably darker than the product image used (an issue I encountered with the UK steelbook of "The Rocketeer" too), but otherwise it's still a really great design. I was actually surprised that the title on the front of the case was not embossed; the lettering looks very 3D and would have lent itself well to being raised. First thing I did when I took it out of the package was run my finger across the title, and I was like, It's flat?! :D Additionally, although the product description says that the Region is B, the packaging has the ABC logo with no favour being given to B, so that would seem to suggest it's multi-region. This would simplify things for me, but regardless, I'll pop it into my player tonight and see what happens. Finally, I was interested to see a 3rd version of the film is in this set, the Director's Cut "Roadshow Version", which I had never heard of before. It's only 4 minutes longer than the real Director's Cut, but I'm definitely curious to see what that's all about. All in all, I'm happy with this Steelbook, with one star deducted from my rating for the darker-than-advertised artwork.
