Firstly the Steelbook Artwork is a very comic book likeness of Shazam with bolts of electric in the background. The back is the same but in Black & White which is slightly disappointing.. There are pictures from the film on the inside of the lid & the rear. The film is a crisp 4k version of a comedy Superhero film where a kid gets transported into an an adult superhero's body & coming to terms with his new abilities a child trapped in a man's body. An entertaining film with some good action scene. The sound is Dolby Atmos so loud explosions & clear dialogue. Overall great Action Comedy Superhero Caper presented well in a nice looking cheaper than average Steelbook.
With a lighter tone than many films in the DCEU. A cracking 4K transfer and fab Zavvi exclusive steelbook are the icing on the cake. Recommended!
No matter what your views on this release are, you gotta have it in your collection of superhero movies, especially at this LOW price for a steelbook. I, like many others wasn't impressed when I first saw Shazam, but it's been a slow burner for me & now I enjoy it a lot more. It's never going to get a 5 Star review, the 2 main reasons for me are because Mark Strong wasn't used to his full potential as a 'baddie', plus, and I appreciate that Henry Cavill was having issues with the filmmakers at the time, but a cheap close up of Superman's chest was a poor ending!
I wasn't expecting the film to be so good. I watched it before purchasing this steelbook and was very pleasantly surprised. When I seen how cheap this was, I had to get it to be honest.

Loved the film, did not expect DC to pull this film off but they did. One of my fave films from 2019 & the steelbook artwork is a bonus!
