First of all, why did this brilliant series end? Touching Evil was the programme Bruce Willis loved. Robson Green stars as as Ds Creegan, a troubled cop returning from a long leave due to a gunshot to the head where his injuries leave him with strange abilities to sense criminals. Creegan heads the OSC (Organised & Serial Crime Unit) dedicated to solving the worst crime on the UK streets. For me this out does any cop programme ever made as this has it all and Robson is his usual funny handsome self in a role Bruce Willis congratulated him for. The USA remade it but it failed. This UK version didn't so dont miss out on one of Robson Green's finest performances ever.
Have not yet watched this as it is a Christmas present for my husband. But we have previously seen this on TV and really rated it. This was good value and we shall enjoy our viewing.
More morbid than the usual detective series. Not for everyone, but I found it more true to life due to effects the crimes had on the lives of the detectives involved. Didn't care much for the picture quality used to create the drama. A good series at a bargain price.
