Shinobi3DS

A fantastic remastered classic, I've been wanting to get this title for a while but was waiting for it to drop in price, and as usual Zavvi delivered with a bargain sale, It delivered very quickly and before I remembered I ordered it it was already here! Thanks to this Zavvi bargain I was able to relive my childhood favourite.

Shinobi's Back

Shinobi is a surprisingly good sequel retaining almost all of the original series charm and the high difficulty. I wouldn't recommend for young kids with all the gore and challenge but brilliant for those who love a challenge with some old school edge.

Child's memory

I played Shinobi when I was a little child. And now like that time... I'm very happy to play it again, it's funny and not more difficult! It's so good!

oldschool ninja back in town

I was looking for bargain priced game for my 3DS and old fellow Shinobi was just there. The game works like a really oldschool shoot'em right style. It's not like most modern FPS games which you don't need to do anything. Instead, you need to focus, concentrate, try & error and only then you can master your skills. Gameplay could be a little bit better but anyway it's a very addictive, annoying (when you fail) but rewarding (when you complete a level) game.

Great ninja game

Shinobi is a great 2D hack 'n slash/platformer /action game. It's not a must for every 3DS owner, but a great title of the platform's library.

Shinobi

If you''re a gamer who can take pain, who likes a challenge, buy Shinobi- requiring an insane amount of skill, but like in Demon's Souls and Dark Souls: You'll be satisfied like you weren't in a long time when you beat a boss or just make progress.

Shinobi 3DS

Shinobi 3DS is a welcome return of many favorite video game series about ninjas. The game tells the story of Jiro Musashi, the leader of the clan and the father of Machinery, Joe Musashi, the hero of the first pieces of Shinobi. Players will be able to feel in the role of the legendary ninja, thanks to a new combo system that allows switching between near and far fighting styles, and acrobatic attacks. In addition to the advantages of the enemies in your possession is magic. The first game of the series Shinobi (the famous arcade game) was established in the 80th years of the last century. Famous game series combination of arcade action, intense battles and boss fights. All that remained in the new game system Nintendo 3DS, but now players can enjoy an improved fighting mechanics, refined graphics and new types of tests. In addition, because of the opportunities of Nintendo 3DS - all in stereoscopic 3D! The player assumes the role of a fearless ninja who confronts an ancient clan of darkness. Enemies come one after another, and you have to make all your skills, using a variety of techniques to triumph over them. Decide on the best way to capture the enemy, and what acrobatics and martial arts technique to perform, to crush the enemy. Shinobi

Shinobi is a good game so far! Great cell shading graphic and good history! The command list is quite simple but the game is terribly fast and hard and you'll spend a lot of time in order to manage the combos and the defence tactics. I suggest the game only if you want a great challenge and if you have not fear to break in two part your mighty 3DS!

Shinobi

So, you've spent countless hours of your childhood beating the crap out of ninjas or getting beaten up by the same? If the answer is yes, then Shinobi on the 3DS might be something to consider adding to your 3DS library! It combines classic gameplay with some renewed visuals, making this 3DS entry, one of the best in the Shinobi series, with several new enhancements, such as parry, and using a grappling hook to reach new heights, not to mention a combo score system that rewards you for your performance during the levels. Also, the difficulty is adequate to all kinds of players to the most casual who can enjoy the easy setting without worrying about continues and extras lives to the very hard where only one life and three continues will be available. Fans of classic Shinobi games must play this title, and non-fans also should, simply because it's worth every penny.

Shinobi

Shinobi is a real blast from the past. It's a very solid 2D action game, that plays similarly to the old 16bit platformers, but it has updated graphics. The only negative for me is the cruel difficulty at some points. For the price though, it's a very good choice.
