Spectacle over substance.
The only things that I can praise about this game is the visuals, animation, set-pieces, varied environments and voice acting. The negatives are that it has a bland original soundtrack, boring game play, shallow story and characters, useless online component and it gets very repetitive. It's a mediocre game, not bad but not good either, buy something else and only get this if you've watched game play demos that have interested you or if you have had a chance to play UC2 before and liked what you played.

Uncharted 2 Review
Uncharted 2 is an amazing game. It has great action, cinematic, atmosphere and graphics. While you play you feel like you are watching a movie. The gameplay is amazing and the feel of the game is great. I would recommend the game for all PlayStation 3 owners. Everyone should try this game.

Great game
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is a must have. Even after 3 years, the graphics and design are fantastic. There are jaw breaking landscapes, from the Borneo jungle, over the ruined Nepal city and to the impressive Tibetan temples. Great action, more than one way to get past the enemies, awesome adrenaline chases, everything is perfect. The story and characters are well developed and there are some great humorous situations like in Uncharted 1. If you liked the first game, you'll love the second. Buy it!

Among the state of the art
One of the first praise I can make about this game is the balance between cinematic and gameplay sequences: the game always manages to grab your attention with plot details and good dialogues without becoming just a shooter where you keep running away and kill people. The story continues the one of the first chapter: aside from improved plot twists during the whole game, you'll find out right at the beginning how new platform mechanics will influence your whole game experience. Also, in this second chapter, you won't stay in a single set of location: there is improved variety and improved action sequences. Too bad the secondary characters stay too much in the background: their dialogues are well written, and they do provide entertainment and affection to the player, but it could really be improved to make they shine more. Nonetheless, the story is one of the best stories you'll see on PS3. This game is highly reccomended, and, along with the first chapter, makes a good gift for a friend with a PS3. Now I've got high expectations for Uncharted 3.

Even better than Uncharted 1
I was a big fan of the first game and this one is even better! Unlike the fist game there is now something else to do once the campaign is completed -an online multilayer option. Either co-op or a selection of other online game modes are available. This episode of the Uncharted gaming series is a must buy!

Best PS3 Game
With this game, defy laws of gravity with Drake's friends great ideas, as you fight to discover Shambala! Game with some of the best graphics, and countless ways to to your fights, will you sneak or will you show? All you got to do is not get killed! Have great fun with this awesome game, and it is a great price! So if your thinking of buying it but your not so sure, just do it! You will have a great experience with this game, and don't forget about Uncharted 3!

A gem of a PS3 game
Uncharted 2 is the PS3's highest achievement in for a hollywood movie in videogame form, besting even blockbuster movies in its execution, adventure and pure excitement. Unlike the first Uncharted, the sequel takes place in various locations throughout the world in search of the mythical city of Shambhala. You control adventurer Nathan Drake in search of the city as a modern day 'Indiana Jones' . The big difference with Uncharted 2 is that explosive action sequences normally used for movie cutscenes in other games, are here happening throughout the levels as you play, leaving you in control and hanging on for your life on top of a derailing cargo train, or fighting on a tall building rooftop while the building itself is leaning and falling. Moments like these are non-stop throughout all the game's chapters and will continually amaze you at every turn with fantastic levels and professionally directed cutscenes up until its conclusion. Uncharted 2 is a game that was worth every moment at it's full release price. Now with its platinum status and the inclusion of .competitive multiplayer and co-operative levels, Uncharted 2 is not to be missed.
