Still waiting
Ordered before Christmas and still waiting. I've messaged twice and got an automated response. I can't even cancel the item and I've been charged as I payed using PayPal. Unacceptable service

No idea where my transformer has got to. Ordered before Christmas and middle of January and still waiting for it to be shipped.

Item Not Received, No Reply To Messages
To echo the other reviews on here, at the time of writing, I have also ordered this item, but have not received it. I ordered on 15/12/25 in plenty of time for Xmas, along with two other items. On 13/01/26, I am still waiting for it to be sent and have only received one of the three items I ordered. Apparently, Zavvi responds to any order queries within 24 hours, although they should be allowed up to 48 hours, in case they are busy. Well, I sent one on 05/01/26 and have had no reply. Having heard nothing, I sent a follow-up on 09/01/26. Again, I'm still waiting for an answer. This is totally unacceptable customer service on all counts. If the item is unavailable (it shows as sold out currently), just tell your customer. Cancel the order if needs be, rather than keep them waiting indefinitely without any sort of update. They say you find out how good a company is when things go wrong. I've used Zavvi for about 6 or 7 years now and had no problem until this order (which is especially frustrating as it was meant to be a Christmas present). Needless to say, the response (or rather, lack of one) doesn't paint them in a great light. I'll be posting this same review on TrustPilot- they seem to respond when negative reviews are placed on there, so let's see!

Item ordered ages ago, left numerous of messages they do not reply this isn’t the only item Zavvi owe me. A big company like this it’s so unprofessional, and spoiled my Christmas to be fair

Never Shipped
If there was a 0, that would have been my rating.....Never shipped and no response to emails. It's been weeks now. Very unprofessional service. Won't be buying anything from Zavvi again.

No item received
Ordered nearly a month ago for a child's Xmas present, paid for upfront via Google Pay, and item still not even dispatched! No response from Zavvi to multiple messages requesting an update. Seemingly no other way to contact them. Zero star rating from me to reflect the complete absence of customer service I've received so far!
