McFarlane Toys DC Theatrical Deluxe Wave 2 The Penguin (Batman Returns) 7" Action Figure

I had ordered and paid for Batman returns figure from Zavi that was clearly in stock. The item clearly stated in was in stock and not a pre order. After purchasing the item began to process in the app saying it would dispatch soon only to find out several days later that my item had obviously been dispatched to another buyer and that I was now expected to wait for a pre order which could take months. This is totally unacceptable and very bad organisation on Zavi’s part. I therefore won’t be purchasing from them in the future.
