I love the coin advent calendars and the price for this was very cheap. My reasons for giving it 3 star are because some of the coins do not belong in this set in my opinion especially if you happen to have also got the Batman coin calendar - sadly there is a double up coin between the two sets which is pretty disappointing.

Bought this as a late addition due to the shops being so poorly stocked with advents, and those stocked are pretty much the ‘same old’ as last year.. and the year before that. Is for my teenage daughter who’s actually a crazy Marvel addict.. but also getting into DC.. the coins concept is so much better and far more engaging than the borathon chocolate.. and far healthier. The coins are a great quality, nice weight not tacky plastic or a cheap feel. Each is presented within its own coin sized case behind each numbered window which adds to its quality feel. My daughter loves it.. has neatly laid out the coins and really looks forward to opening each one.. every day a different design/character and even though some that she’s not familiar with, that’s all part of the interest and learning of the brand. If you could do the same product with Marvel characters then it’s the only way you could improve the experience.. that would be awesome 😎
