Jurassic Park can be classed in the same category as that of 1985's Back to the Future: Timeless. The movie itself like a time-capsule seeing a movie with the quality of writing, execution and acting that is seldom rarely seen in modern Hollywood. The characters are charming, thought-provoking and feel like real people. Jeff Goldblum's Dr. Ian Malcolm is the charismatic conscience of the story, and Sam Neil & Laura Dern's, Dr. Alan Grant & Dr. Ellie Sattler, respectively, have equal concerns but are also mesmerised by what they witness. The Visual Effects for the dinosaurs have held up immensely well given the advances in photo-real Visual Effects in the last 3 decades, given that the CG was very experimental in 1993. The Score by the Legend that is, John Williams, has been synonymous throughout the Franchise from the original Jurassic Park trilogy and into the Jurassic World Trilogy. But considering the composer's talent with his body of work from ET, Indiana Jones, Jaws, Home Alone and Star Wars, it should come as no surprise that he wouldn't let the theme of Jurassic Park be anything less than spectacular. And then of course, you have the man himself; Steven Spielberg. He was the always the best person for the job with right the vision and direction for what he was looking for at the very peak of his career. With a filmography of as Director of Jaws, Indiana Jones, ET, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and hook, he was more than suited for the task of bringing Jurassic Park to life on the big screen. It’s also worth noting that he was an Executive Producer on all 3 Back to the Future Movies. I guarantee you; in 2033, 2043 and maybe even 2053, people will look back fondly with their respective children, Grandchildren and show them what wowed them first time in 1993 and we still hear that iconic line so majestically delivered from the late Richard Attenborough of “Welcome, to Jurassic Park.” Jurassic Park is a Gem of a movie.

Filming at it,s best, grew up watching the jurassic park films, timeless for me.the box set is well made and the art work is great, like the film cell and booklet with all the pics 👍. Nice gloss finish on the steelbook, iv got jurassic park fallen kingdom and jurassic park dominion on steelbook, with a nice pic of blue the raptor on the front. Overall a nice transfer and upgrade on the blu-ray 😆

Absolutely stunning steelbook design and loaded with amazing art prints! I especially like the movie film cell. Jurassic Park was the first movie I saw in the cinema so I’m over the moon to finally own an ultimate version of the movie As for the service it was incredible as per usual. Excellent release of a classic movie. The picture is the best it’s looked, the audio is decent but could have but dialogue could have been higher in the mix at times but that’s really nit picking. The actual release is great. the artwork on the slipcase,although not to my personal taste is well done and unique for an anniversary edition. The Steelbook itself is really nice, Matt black with gloss logos. All the other case candy bits are a nice addition. A movie that definitely deserves to be in everyone’s collection and if you’re upgrading to 4k this edition is definitely worth it.

Great price for a beautiful reminder of what a great film this is. Been waiting for a nice steelbook got this film for ages and Zavvi didn’t disappoint! 

Jurassic park in 4K arrived on time and in perfect condition. Love this movie and since it’s release I’ve not seen the physical copy of this in any stores so well done Zavvi for offering this amazing set.

Everybody knows this film and although there have been many special editions for JP, this one is very cool and has the film in 4k.
