In sixth century Persia, a nefarious nobleman yearns to own the Sands of Time; a legendary dagger that gives its possessor the power to manipulate time. Whoever owns the dagger has the power to rule the world, therefore it cannot fall into the wrong hands. There will be many battles to protect it.
Dastan (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a rogue prince who takes charge of making sure the dagger doesn’t succumb to the evil forces. He, along with Tamina (Gemma Arterton), a rival princess make an unlikely duo who will fight to protect the Sands of Time.

This movie is better than many people think, or atleast it's a good pile of fun. There were no problem with this disc when I got it, and it works fine. Good movie to a good price
Prince of Persia (Single Disc) is full of action and comical lines. There's a great comedy pairing with Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton.
Bought as a fan of the Prince of Persia and was pleasantly surprised by how good the film actually was. Entertaining, with a decent plot, which was well acted (mostly) with a good mix of humour, a little drama, good action and of course, the predictable romance. Even if you've never heard of the games, a thoroughly enjoyable film, which I for one am glad I purchased.
