After much long ado, The Inbetweeners Movie has finally reached its devoted fans on the silver screen, after bursting in to (larger than) life on the big screen not too long ago.
The film follows on from where the third series of the popular British cult sitcom The Inbetweeners left off, as the last year of sixth form is ending. The show, and film, revolves around the lives and cringeworthy shenanigans of Will (Simon Bird), Simon (Joe Thomas), Jay (James Buckley) and Neil (Blake Harrison).
The film begins as the last year of school ends, and the friends are about to embark on their first parents-free holiday together. The antics that insue are both hilarious and horrific at the same time, making you embarrassed for the poor lads in the most amusing ways possible. From Will's awkward demeanour in any social situation, to Simon's borderline stalking of his ex girlfriend, Jay just generally being a sex pest and Neil just being well, Neil, this holiday is sure to be chock full of hilarity and drunken messes. The Inbetweeners Movie is a great movie!
The Inbetweeners Movie isn't as funny as the TV series but still much better than most comedies out there. The cast are on top form as usual and it's a great 90 minute ride. Highly recommend.
The Inbetweeners Movie is a top film, full of laughs throughout.
As a fan of the Inbetweeners series, I wasn't holding out much for the movie but I was wrong. It is superb! Yes there are a lot of recycled jokes but then that's what we all wanted. Plus without the TV censors to rubber stamp anything the language and gags are even smuttier and funnier. It gets funnier with every watch!
The Inbetweeners carry their side-splitting humor onto the big screen. The usual characters, the usual gags, but all set in the sunshine of Malia. Highly recommended to fans of the TV series!
Great from start to finish love it a true classic ,hope we see more from the boys !!!!
OMG!! Too funny for words! watched this last night with a few friends and didn't want the film to end. Some crazy flash backs of past holidays... Hopefully they will find a way to make a follow up movie.
