Welcome to my ultimate workout which we have spent a year planning and this time have incorporated more squats, abs and stretches giving you a more rounded and satisfying workout.
This routine has been put together so you can build your strength and stamina gradually and includes 2 sections of cardio and 20 minutes targeting shoulders and arms, abs, press-ups, sit-ups and of course those bums. For those of you who want to work even harder there are a further 20 minutes worth of exercises in the extras section, along with a few encouraging words from yours truly and there is even a 'bail out' option should you find the going too tough.
I take my fitness seriously but also it is vital to have fun at the same time and unless I'm sweating then I don't think I'm working hard enough. You will certainly see me sweating in this workout. Have a good workout.
