Good website with lots of relevant info on the products. Simple method of choosing and purchasing a product. Delivery process is clear and tracking is useful. The NEO arrived within the stated time. Unfortunately this device did not work with the Marks and Spencer own brand amp (probably 9 years old) but that was more likely to be the 30 pin dock on the amp which may have been designed for an iPod. Have since bought a bluetooth adaptor with a mini jack plug that works via this amps AUX in socket. I should have done it this way first. Will buy from this company again but will do more research into exactly which product I need first.
