Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games SOCHI 2014 - Games Wii-U
A great adventure! Rayman comes back in a 2D adventure. So it looks parodic comparing to Rayman 3 for example but the gameplay and the ambiance takes ourselves. The musical levels are excellent! I recommand this game, and this Wii U version have an advantage : Rayman in Mario and Globox in Luigi!
I brought this game purely down to professional reviews I read that gave mostly 10 out of 10. They were not wrong. I am a "hard core" gamer of over 20 years and this game delivers. Gameplay rivals and in some cases surpasses Mario. The graphics areso good iit's like playing a cartoon. It is feature packed and makes excellent use of the game pad. What are you waiting for? Buy it!
It ends a bit abruptly. and focuses a bit much on the touch-pad only Murphy levels - which is great fun in multi-player and makes good use of the Wii U gamepad, but is kinda slow and repetitive when played alone, the so-so AI doesn't help either. But beyond that, the game is still really fun and great to look at. I enjoyed Rayman Origins more (many of Origins' levels are in Legends, by the way), but I'd still recommend Legends to anyone who likes platform games.
Fantastic game, incredible graphic, very easy to get into but also very engaging. Use of the WiiU Gamepad controls have been implemented extremely well, excellent the possibility to play the whole game on it too. Multiplayer is a lot of fun, with 5 people allowed to play together. WiiU version: 9 out of 10
Rayman Legends is simply loads of of fun! The daily challenges are loads of fun. Some of the best moments are the music levels at the end of each world. The thing that amazes me most about Rayman is how you think you've found a level that is unbeatable in terms of how good it is, then it's topped moments later by another level! All-in-all, a must buy for the Wii U!
If you're a Wii U owner and you've been waiting for something new to play, Rayman Legends (Wii U) is well worth getting. Rayman Legends was delayed for a few months by Ubisoft because it was felt that it would be better to release the game on multiple formats at the same time. We can easily forgive the delay, though, because this game's an outstanding title. The artwork's stunning quality shows that the Wii U can perform very well indeed in the visual department. People who say that the Wii U's graphical capability is on a par with the Xbox360 or the PS3 are simply wrong. Believe me, I own Rayman Origins on the Xbox360 and this is far superior in terms of visuals. The graphics are much more refined and rendered in a more pleasing way. The Wii U's gamepad is put to good use too, with wonderfully tricky and sharp sections controlling Murfy, one of Rayman's chums, by means of the touch screen and motion controls. The characters are fun to play and the bosses are comical and a joy to beat. There's a lovely soundtrack as well. When a level appears impossible to complete, there's always a way of cracking it and shaving a few seconds off a time challenge is always a pleasurable experience. This game can be pretty challenging in places but I kept on coming back for more. If you own a Wii U and enjoy platformers then Rayman Legends should be in your collection. Don't give up, you can do it, Rayman!
Rayman Legends (Wii U) is an excellent game which was worth the wait after half the year waiting. It has a great artistic design and graphics, and fun game play with great big bosses to fight. I really like the mariachi rhythm stage. If you like platformers like super Mario Bros Wii U then you will love this.
One of the most beautiful games I have ever played, with each level throwing up new and interesting challenges. Its really fun to play and seems like there is enough variety to keep me playing for months. The daily and weekly challenges are a great idea. Almost on a par with Super Mario Galaxy.
