A good new start from Capcom
Dragon's Dogma is a good action-RPG that combines Japanese and Western elements. The story isn't that great but the game features a solid gameplay and a wide open world to explore and fight all sort of creatures into. Taking some inspiration elements from other games (The Elder Scrolls, Monster Hunter, Dark Souls...), it somehow manages to find a distinctive feel, although maybe too orientated for hardcore players. It really depends on your taste. The Dark Arisen version features some fixes in the gameplay mechanics and in-game menus, and optimizes loading times which result in being more fluid and smooth than the original. Also, it contains all the DLC, new items, weapons, armor, quests, and a new zone to explore: Bitterblack Isle. The game is challenging but rewarding, and it will satisfy especially the most demanding gamers.

Almost Monster Hunter
The story is nothing special and the characters aren't that interesting but the gameplay is great especially the boss fights. It has the AI companion system similar to Dragon Age. Combat is very fun with the ability to grab onto bosses and climb them like in the Shadow of the Colossus and action combat. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who likes Monster Hunter and is looking something similar on the playstation platform.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
A fantastic action rpg, open word, plenty of quests and monsters, an high amount of choose between classes armor and weapons and hours and hours of challenging areas. I've recently bought Dragon's Dogma and i am now sitting on a save over 200hrs played, 5 stars on this title imho, don't miss It!

A fantactic RPG from Capcom
Huge open world, action-packed combat and numerous mythical beasts to slay will glue you to your screen for dozens, if not hundreds of hours. Dark Arisen includes original Dragon's Dogma as well as all released DLC such as Bitterblack Isle or optional japanese audio. Highly recommended.

A Good Game For Some.
Having a lot of fun with this game so far, although I can see why some don't like it or wouldn't, it lacks polish in some areas but for the most part its easy to ignore and never really interrupts gameplay, The framerate is mostly steady, drops to lows sometimes while in combat with multiple enemies but as I said before, it doesn't really ruin the gameplay overall. As for the delivery time; damn this was a quick one, Came 2 days after I ordered. Brilliant service, although one thing I do feel the need to mention is that the disc was free to move around in the case (Although this most likely wasn't Zavvis fault as the game was sealed) more than likely just popped out while being handled, The disc was in perfect condition regardless. Overall, enjoying the game and extremely happy with the price and delivery I got. I'll definitely be using Zavvi again when I'm in need of a good game for a super cheap price.

Dragon's Dogma is many things: a flawed classic, an exciting disaster, a triumphant mess. One thing it isn't is a generic rehash. Dragon's Dogma will remain with you, frustrations and victories alike, when your memories of other games have long since faded.

Dragon's Dogma meets Demon's / Dark Souls
Characterize the expansion Dark Arisen for Dragon's Dogma as follows : «Dragon's Dogma meets Demon's / Dark Souls». Dungeons Bitterbleka truly offers players to test their strength and skill , and even forced to completely overhaul their style of play , as it happened in my case - I changed the class of the protagonist with the Ranger magic archer. If you are a fan of Dragon's Dogma , or you do not have this game , and I want to try - then certainly , yes, it is its price , in this case , has fully recouped . Progress , of course, by Capcom is not the most beautiful - make players more time to buy the same game with a supplement , rather than just to buy a supplement separately , but this company is famous for his love to improve and re- sell their games , sometimes two or three times. Well, now that the misunderstanding is cleared with the additions previously , when the expansion Dark Arisen only appeared to him , you could buy and apply the same additions as the original game , despite the fact that they are already included in this expansion . And without any warning . Also , please bear in mind that despite the fact that Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen - it's the full game plus the extension , the review concerns only the extension.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen
A significant improvement over the original, it adds a lot of gameplay. The game itself is a bit rough around the edges and the constant DLC adds can be a bit tiresome, but all in all a good game that should not be missed. As for the delivery and that stuff, I had only the best xp with zavvi over the last two years that I've been buying my ps3 games here.

Cheap and Quick
I am extremely satisfied with Zavvi so far. This was my first ever purchase from the site. It arrived in 5 days, posted to Hungary! I didn't even noticed that the mailman already delivered it to my mailbox, only the next day morning and I was more than surprised. So far Zavvi is my number one choice for ordering PS3 games, it's much cheaper even with the postage than buying it from my country, and the 5 day delivery only helps it. So I would recommend to everyone to buy only from Zavvi, rather than something else.
