Earth Defence Force: Insect Armageddon
This game is not meant to be taken seriously. Everywhere you go, it's always fight here, fighting there, shooting bugs in the face. Even your mission controller talking to you over the comms starts taking the mick half way in. It relies entirely on the co-op (3 player campaign, 6 survival), which to a certain extent, it does very well, as it's mostly a muck-about. Graphics and game play are average, and the single-player is only slightly broken up, and can be buggy at times, but if you liked 2017, and you don't expect an experience to rival any of the AAA titles out there, then this can't go wrong.

Entertaining, but very short
I ordered this game to get an arcade shooter game. I knew about the previous EDF, and decided to give this one a try given its cheap price. For 15 pounds, this is definitely a no brainer. The game turns on being a bit too short (I completed it in about 2 afternoons), but it has a fair amount of replayability (loads of weapons to unlock) and it is fun to play in multiplayer coop in harder difficulty levels. Technically, the game doesn't shine very much. It feels like a polished version of a PS2 game, but the amount of destruction in it is definitely fun (you can destroy pretty much everything in this game).

Earth Defence Force: Insect Armageddon
It's a funny game, nice coop mode but without a real story! I really like the survival Mode. Who wants to kill a lot of bugs just for fun, EDF is the game you should play!
