Once you've placed it on your surface, just open the drawer and fill with up to 1.5 litres of cold water, then press start. Then the ice machine will do all the freezing while you enjoy an ice cold drink. An ice cycle will usually last around 10 minutes and form fresh bullet shaped ice into the drawer, when the drawer is full the machine will stop and the alarm sounds to make you aware.

You'll have the option of emptying the drawer into an ice bucket or the ice will melt back into the reservoir and restart the process. The Ice Maker will stop and sound an alarm if the water is running low, which keeps you aware of when it's empty and needs filling up. - A.D.
