Stylish Hard-shell case exclusively designed for PlayStation Vita.
With the V.I.P. Case for PS Vita, Thrustmaster has taken a very fashion-oriented approach: it has been designed for PS Vita owners looking for a touch of elegance and style. This case was created for V.I.P. (Very Important Player) users who appreciate pure lines and aesthetically pleasing creations.
Their PS Vita, like any important personality, must be able to enjoy discreet protection that's also efficient – like a personal bodyguard. The V.I.P. Case for PS Vita is perfectly tailored to the shape of the console. What's more, its main color codes – black and silver – are in perfect harmony with those of the PS Vita.
Modeled after glasses cases from leading designer brands, the case features an automatic closing system combined with a secure opening mechanism. The materials employed allow for external rigidity as well as optimal internal protection, particularly with the use of felt on the inside of the case to protect the PS Vita’s screen from scratches. The design of the V.I.P. Case for PS Vita has been optimized for the PS Vita’s wireless functions.

The PS Vita case was as I expected and has been a great accessory for protecting the device.
It's a really perfect case. Also it's a very beautiful. Matte design is perfect. I'm very happy I bought this. Thank you.
I have had this product for about 3 weeks. Yesterday it dropped out of my inside pocket, while hanging my coat on a chair after work. The fall was less than 2 ft onto tiles (so a hard landing). The case was damaged, except for a slight scuff on the side/rim. The Vita itself was slightly dented and has three small cracks on the screen near the speaker/left controls. This was the first time I had dropped my Vita in this case! So I would seriously avoid this case. On the design/style side I was rather disappointed too. The top half of the case looks quite good, as does the inside. But the base is cheap plastic and gives it quite a tacky look. So it is not a sleek purchase, although as you are considering it, you will realise that in terms of design it is the best of a bad bunch. So in conclusion. If you want a case that looks ok and is quite cheap then buy it. But if you want to protect your Vita (which must be the case) then I would seriously buy another product and wait for a better case to be released. One that actually protects the vita. Remember I dropped it ONCE and the case was fine, but my 3g vita now has an unsightly dent and so far three cracks. Was I just really unlucky? Maybe, but is it worth the risk.
This Playstation Vita case is beautiful - it's very slick and sexy, whilst also being pretty hard. I dropped it 2 or 3 times and it's survived without a scratch, meaning the Vita is well secure and protected. I think the only improvement this case could have, would a space for cards, but overall, it's a great case.
Looks good, Vita fits snugly inside and should provide basic protection if dropped and keeps it free from dust/scratches etc. Doesn't lock shut so that may be a problem for some. OK for indoor use but if carrying your Vita around outside a lot would probably go with a more rugged case.
I found the hinges of this Sony PS Vita Licensed VIP Case to be really poor. When shut, the top moves from side to side due to the play in the hinges. The inner felt lining is not stuck to the top properly either. It looks great, but when you get hold of it, you feel let down by the lack of quality. In days gone by Thrustmaster was synonymous with quality. In all, money poorly spent.
