Absolutely spiffing!
Great photography (with the possible exception of some in-car scenes!) and great dialogue with good storylines, loads of familiar 60's actors and maximum nostalgia interest. I just love watching the Wolseley 6/110s being hurled about and they don't all have the same reg. numbers either. Brilliant.

Gideon's Way
There were only 26 episodes of Gideon's Way made, but the writing and acting standards throughout are first rate. If you like old 50s and 60s police series such as 'No Hiding Place' and 'Dixon of Dock Green' then you will not be disappointed with this series. John Gregson is perfectly cast as Commander Gideon of Scotland Yard and the support and guest actors play their parts to perfection. Highly recommended and so much more enjoyable than the 'reality' and 'soap opera' tripe we are constantly fed nowadays.
