Perfect Movie
A gorgeous transfer of one of the greatest horror films ever made. The disc is a little thin with regards to extras, but the two cuts of the films are impeccable.
Able to see things and detail the blu ray/dvd doesn’t
The entire segment of the movie set on the planet with the French pastry ship and cocoons (die hard alien fan I know!) was always a problem visually on both the DVD and Blu ray. This 4K scan show it’s all perfectly, detailing each aspect of the egg chamber. Very impressed
Fantastic!
Alien is one of my favourite movies of all time and watching it again in 4k is just absolutely fantastic! The picture is so clear and bright and looks absolutely incredible! Sound is also great! Great step up from watching it on the blu ray if your a fan of alien and ridley Scott I definitely recommend getting alien in 4k 10/10
Excellent purchase
One of my favourite movies and now I can watch it in marvellous 4K quality ! Thank you Guys! Delivered on time as usual.
Suspense Horror
A true classic horror. The 4K remaster is amazing….great HDR and digital sound. Hopefully Aliens will also be realised soon on 4K
Alien 40th 4K release.
Excellent Image, Especally the Giger-esque alien spacecraft interiors. lifting this classic scifi horror to great heights. Fantastic, A must own.
Great picture
Wonderfil remaster, was great on blu-ray already, but in UHD with HDR it is something else. Black is really black, details, everything perfect. Strongly recommended!
Alien 4K
Over my many years I have had various copies of the Alien movies, from VHS to an assortment of box sets! I was reluctant to fork out anymore money on this franchise but my curiosity to see one of my favourite movies in 4K......so I ended up purchasing Alien 4K and I was not dissatisfied with this choice. The picture quality was amazing, there are some graining moments when we are in the air lock and the image of Nostromo was a little ropy that is expected considering the film is over 40 years old, apart from that the picture quality is much improved. The sound is also vastly improved and clarity With the Dolby Atmos was joy to my ears!
