Inglourious Basterds - Zavvi Exclusive 4K Ultra HD Complete Basterds Edition Steelbook

Would give 5* if this item was limited to 1000 copies as it says on the copy I have. To then release more copies doesn't make it as exclusive as it previously was. Looks exactly the same copy to me from the picture/description. If so surely the first lot were sold via false advertising. Great film and nice boxset, if maybe a little pricey.

So happy to get this as missed it on the first run. The only reason others are complaining about it not being limited to 1000 is probably because they were scalping it. Atleast us genuine collectors now get to have this awesome release.

What could have been a great collectors piece quickly became a cash grab. The complete edition is nice for sure but the main selling point was its exclusivity (1000 made) but now there's an additional 2000? Not worth the money for 2 copies of the same film now and would be better to get one of the individual steels instead (1 steel is far superior)

I already bought the 1st edition that was supposed to be ltd 1000 ( before the re run) but really this was the set I would have bought at the time if it was affordable. Once I seen the price drop I pulled the trigger. Its a lovely collector item , happy to double dip while on offer.

This is an amazing set for an amazing film. I’d be writing a book if I listed the things included in this collection  It says 2 discs,it’s actually 4 

What a fantastic collectors edition, what a great film also, can’t get enough of it. One of the best films I’ve seen. Great set for any fan of Inglorious Basterds.

This is a premium release from Zavvi and a cut above the standard steelbook releases that are much more common. This is the sort of thing I've only seen from other retailers such as Manta Lab, and I'm so glad to see Zavvi offering such a quality product to it's customers. The packaging is beautiful and does the phenomenal film justice. 10/10 I would buy more like this from Zavvi if they chose to sell them.

A box set featuring 2 box sets that feature 2 steelbooks!? This edition is nuts and over the top. Do you need 2 blu rays and 2 4ks that each feature the same film and extras? No. But still. The cases are both really nice and there's a good booklet inside one of them. The poster and cards are all so glossy and the cards from the films tavern game are fun. I got this really cheap so I am not complaining. I sold my steelbook as this has both plus a nice outer case. It is monster. The 4k transfer is superb and the extras on the disc are really good.
