Psycho 4K
The 4k transfer is superb in picture and audio quality in comparison to the old bluray. Finally having the "uncut version" of the movie is a nice addition, too. It's one of the classics and shouldn't be missing in any movie collection. Must-Buy-Recommendation!

Better than I thought
Better than I was expecting for its age, but I guess that's why they call it a classic. Great picture too.

A polished gem
Hitchcock's masterpiece horror looks and sounds new in this 4K transfer. Clear picture and sound makes this a must have for any film collector.

A true classic
The 50th Anniversary Blu-ray was magnificent but this 4K disc beat it hands down. The HDR for B&W film is wonderful working alongside the extra detail in the image, but the true revelation is the DTS-X sound mix. It shouldn’t matter with this film but the soundscape created adds tension to a lot of the earlier sciences, particularly in the driving scenes, as well as the placement of the FX. Also the extras are very informative. I can’t recommend this enough.

The Mother of all thrillers
Quite simply the best this movie has ever looked for home viewing. The transfer does justice for such an iconic movie. Grain is intact but not overwhelming and the detail is incredible. Although filmed in black and white it looks as though it could have been filmed yesterday. The audio is clean and clear. Couldn’t recommend higher. Outstanding transfer!
