Mark Wahlberg and director Antoine Fuqua (INFINITE ) first teamed up for this standout action thriller, available for the first time in 4K UHD. Respected former Marine scout and sniper Bob Lee Swagger (Wahlberg) is pressed into service to stop an assassination attempt against the President.
But the unthinkable occurs-he's double-crossed and framed for the attempt. And so begins a high-tension race against every law enforcement agency in the country and a shadowy organisation that wants him dead. Proving his innocence will be the most dangerous mission of his life.

The premium over a regular 4K disc is small, so it’s worth buying. The steelbook art is uninspired, the usual orange ‘sparks’ added unnecessarily to add something to an otherwise monochromatic image, and more flashes added inside, which was a wasted opportunity. The disc soundtrack is 5.1, so nothing to get excited about. Visually it’s good, not as impressive as some reviewers would have you believe (I think sometimes they have fooled themselves into thinking it’s 4K so it MUST be good). Dolby Vision probably helps the most with this release, if your TV has it then you’ll get more out of the picture. The 4K disc has a static menu with Wahlberg’s face, another uninspired decision.
