Stomping, whomping, stealing, singing, tap-dancing, violating. Derby-topped hooligan Alex (Malcolm McDowell) has a good time - at the tragic expense of others. His journey from amoral punk to brainwashed proper citizen and back again forms the dynamic arc of Stanley Kubrick's future-shock vision of Anthony Burgess' novel.

This seventies cult film was a look into the future, which we thought would never happen. Some of the topics in here are now part and parcel of everyday life. Some will say this was a prophetic look into the future by Stanley Kubrick others will say it was already ensconced, so just a reflection. A Clockwork Orange [Special Edition] is my fourth copy/update of the film, more due to the score (Beethoven 9th) than the Roddy McDowell performance. Epic, just epic!
