Never arrived
Item never arrived, royal mail apparently tried to deliver it but said nobody could collect, despite it being delivered to a business and staff telling me no attempt was made. I complained to customer service and have so far been ignored. The bank had to refund me. Avoid Zavvi. They're clearly struggling.
