Watched this in 2d and wasn't that impressed.Watched it in 3d and was blown away,This is by far the best 3d film I have watched and has created a bench mark for me that other films haven't equalled.
lovely fast delivery, and a fabulous film ,especially 3D
Excellent story. This 3d film is stunning to watch.
Avatar 3D (3D Blu-Ray, 2D Blu-Ray and DVD) is spectacular, not just in its visual effects but also as an analogy of violent human aggression. It engages the mind as well as exciting the soul. To expel the 'aliens at the end was a masterstroke. The 3D version is undoubtedly an improvement in picture quality. If your TV is big and capable of 3D transmission then you will profit from the 3D version of Avatar. But it's not really 3D effect. The best examples that Ive come across are of underwater monsters filmed in 3D as a 12 minute short on an LG Smart TV. I was reaching out as a huge mouth tried to engulf me! There was nothing like that with Avatar 3D. The product comes as two discs. One disc contains the Blu-ray version with the option of watching in 3D. The other disc is a DVD version of the movie. The box is sleeved in a 3D effect front cover. Is it worth the cost? Yes it is, if only because there is nothing out there quite like it.
Avatar 3D is an excellent film and the 3D effects are awesome.
Although I have seen Avatar a few times, the 3D version is brilliant. It's even better on TV than in the cinema. It just brought it to life and was well worth waiting for. It was a great price too.
Avatar 3D is a visually stunning movie. It's very cowboys and Indians but in a Sci-fi way, and I really loved the use of another language. It's just one of the best 3D movies of all time.
Absolutely fabulous! The 3D affect was great!
Avatar 3D is the best 3D movie to date. Not the best movie but the best use of 3D. If you are looking for a disc to demo how good 3D can be then this is the one you want.
Very prompt delivery and the DVD is amazing, a must buy.
Avatar 3D has to be the most visually impacting film I have ever seen, the 3D quality is outstanding the way it draws you in to the film makes you a part of it, I can't recommend this film enough; it's just outstanding.
James Cameron set out to create one of the most visually stunning films ever, and in his attempt he succeeded to make one of the most stunning, new-world, action films I've seen, Avatar. Avatar 3D (3D Blu-Ray, 2D Blu-Ray and DVD) is absolutely enthralling and immerses you into a world which is beautiful yet deadly. Definitely a film to see before you die, and worth the price you pay.
Avatar 3D features excellent 3D quality that puts another edge on the 2D version. Some 3D films tend to be poor, but you can tell that they did not spare the cash when making this.
Saw Avatar 3D at the cinema and it set the standard for 3D. I have not had time to watch it at home yet but I'm hoping the experience is going to be nearly as good.
