Love the artwork on the steelbook, very clean finish. The film was pretty good, the art style was very well done. Solid choice for any Batman/DC fan or just a steelbook collector.

The story is a simple one, which serves wonderfully for the experimental take in Batman. Playing on tropes of the Manga style of animation in a way that gives the story some genuine heartfelt moments with all the action you could ever wish for. The art styles used are beautiful and serve the story well. Would love if DC would do similar with different cultures and art styles as it is such a unique and interesting way to tackle stories.

Absolutely brilliant! Amazing! This is one of DC standalone stories where they’ve chosen to take the DCU down the Japanese manga/anime route and have nailed it with excellence in my view. A great story which respects the famous characters from the Batman stories from the heroes to the villains but then adds that je ne sais quioi Manga tends to have when telling a story. The steelbook itself is beautiful and in tune with this creation... A must for all steelbook collectors!
