Paul Conroy (Ryan Reynolds) is a fairly average, American truck driver, he works as a contractor in Iraq and leads a fairly average life, he doesn’t know what’s about to hit him!
While working his usual deliveries he is taken hostage, knocked unconscious and awakens in a deep, dark coffin! He soon realises he is in real trouble. With little oxygen, a lighter and a mobile phone to help him, he tries whatever he can to escape his terrifying tomb.
Paul contacts everyone he knows that could possibly help him, but to no avail; he could be buried anywhere in an enormous Iraqi desert. Paul realises that only one man can help him out of this impossible situation; himself! He’d better do it fast!

Terrible shipping, great product
Purchased this Steelbook on the 23rd January 2017, I only JUST received the item on 7th March 2017! Incredibly appalling service by Zavvi on this particular event. Product is a great addition to my steelbook collection, the artwork is pretty good and unique.

Truthfully these abductions happen all to often. Ryan. R Is brilliant.He not only is buried, with a zippo a mobile & a whole lot of panic. But he conveys over to the audience that whole horrific closed in a box buried alive. Situation. Top notch. The Steelbook is very nicely designed- title & design fit like a glove. Nice one Zavvi

One of the most interesting and claustrophobic movies ever made. The steelbook really gives you a sense of that. Great steelbook.
Great design on this
This is a bit of a niche film so I was surprised to see it get the steelbook treatment. But the box is fantastic, really fits the feel of the movie. It's got the claustrophobia down as it is nice and uncluttered in its design. One of the best looking steelbooks I've got.
Steelbook heaven.
My review is on the service I received from Zavvi. It was excellent. The communication I had with them regarding the order was excellent and I will be purchasing more items from them in the future. The Steelbook of Buried that received was in excellent condition and was packaged to a very high standard. The price was very reasonable for this particular Steelbook and I will be looking out for further offers on any Steelbooks.
Looks pretty nice
Solid frontal design, the backside looks a bit "printed" to me but still looks pretty good. Would reccomend overall for a decent price.
