New York is a maximum security prison operated by the newly formed United States Police Force.
Completely walled in and virtually escape proof, the city is a corrupt and devastated wasteland inhabited by three million criminals.
When the Presidents plane crash-lands there, he is taken prisoner by a gang of marauding criminals... and there is only one man who can get him out alive.

Awesome Nostaligia boost!
Man, I miss the VHS era! Their was a local VHS store about 50 metres from me, and every weekend I'd go get one to collect! I had around 100+ I kept until a family friend sold them all on me .. I was completely devastated, Critters, The Blob, The Thing, Jason, Halloween, Terminator 1&2 ... every classic .. including this! It really just hits you with a nostalgia overdose wishing the world was as awesome as it was back then! This one is for display 💯
