Who ever designed the front cover for this Steelbook needs help in designing a specific Genre for Steelbooks. The front cover has nothing at all to do with the movie at all let alone the Franchise, The inside covers are spot on... very poor decision making from the person or persons who let this design go, Every other Friday the 13th Steelbook or Horror Genre normally steelbook sell out straight away apart from this one... The only reason I bought this in the first place was just to add it to my collection that is it... apart from that its Average at best..hence the 3 star rating and a very lucky 3 stars at that.
Bought as a present but watched it myself before gifting it, great picture quality and cracking steel case.

One of the defining films that brought about the early to mid eighties slasher boom. Friday the 13th is a good film and rightly deserves the Zavvi steelbook treatment. It is a lovely steelbook and if your a fan of early eighties slashers then this should be a part of every horror fans blu ray collection.
Cool artwork Steelbook for this genre defining classic. Surprised at how clean the movies image is considering it’s age. Brought back memories of watching it when it was first released. Started the ball rolling for the many slasher movies that have followed it. Nice touch Zavvi to bring this movie back to life with a Steelbook release. If this is your thing I recommend a purchase. You won’t be disappointed 👍🏻....
