Oscar winning director and on-screen legend Clint Eastwood brings this dramatic tale of death and how it effects three different people from three different parts of the world. The story focuses on George Lonegan (Matt Damon), an American factory worker who has a special connection to the afterlife and can communicate with the dead. Marie (Cécile De France), a French journalist who comes close to death when she is caught up in a Tsunami, and Marcus, an English school boy who is coping with the death of his twin brother, the closest person to him in the world.
Each trying to cope with their own problems and looking for answers to life’s cruel ways; their lives will interconnect and possibly come to each other’s rescue in a fateful and dramatic conclusion. -M.F.

A spectacular movie with a great picture. The first Introduction of the movie is very powerful. Great job to director Clint Eastwood. I recomend you buy it for your personal Library.
Bought this film as I like both Clint Eastwood and Matt Damon films. This is a film and a role which I would not expect Matt Damon to feature in. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the plot and his role and performance, well supported by the cast. Not an ground breaking film in any way but a good production by Clint Eastwood and worth the purchase for this price.
This was my first order on Zavvi. I purchased two Blu-ray's, one arrived within a week however the 2nd took 4/5 weeks to arrive. This service is unacceptable. Out of stock they said. The DVD was not worth the wait. With this kind of service my first order most probably will be my last.
