I adore the book and really enjoyed the series. It’s a must have to anybody who’s a fan of this universe. I’ve been enjoying season 2 even more and hope zavvi will do a steelbook for that one as well!

Zavvi, excellently brought the opportunity to purchase a beautiful steelbook for a beautiful series, his dark materials was a phenomenal show, and this steelbook encapsulated the parallels of the world within, not just visually but even in plain sight, 1/3 emotes the cold harsh landscape of ice and treacherous mountains symbolising the path ahead for Lyra and not everything is bright and wonderful, the 2/3 effectively shows her world and ours, mirroring each other, the golden Hugh evokes warmth, yet the 3/3 landscape depics the city in the sky but having it facing downwards, almost resembling Dante's inferno, implies this may not be the most wonderful place is first apears to be. Overall a steller steelbook and the bonus Art cards was a great inclusion. Hats off to zavvi! For getting this exclusive. 😁

Loved the series so had no choice but to purchase it, especially when I saw it was coming out in steelbook. Cannot wait for season 2 and hope Zavvi bring that out in steelbook too. Definitely recommend purchasing.
