Modern Martial Arts Classic

This was an impulse buy that turned into a gem in my collection. An excellent movie with a great story, not just for fans of martial arts. But its with the martial arts that this movie excels. Halfway through the story we see the humble gent Ip Man, who studied and practiced Wing Chun merely for the love of his art, use it to devastating effect to explode fists of fury against 10 Japanese black belts. A fight for honor, his country and his friends. This is my most watched blu ray scene. Jaw droppingly choreographed and bleathlessly executed. Worth the price alone. Dont let the Chinese subtitles put you off, you'll be missing a modern martial arts classic. Roll on Ip Man 2.
