Frankie Scarlatti (Lukas Haas) lives an ideal existence in Willowpoint Falls surrounded by his loving father, Angelo (Alex Rocco), his grandparents, his surrogate uncle, Phil, and his older brother, Geno. But Halloween 1962 will change Willowpoint Falls, and Frankie, forever.
