Before The Beatles
Nowhere Boy is based on John Lennon's teenage years. He had a bad start, his mum left him, and he was raised by his aunt. Wasn't allowed to play rock 'n' roll music and couldn't play any instruments. He starts college and meets Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, who introduce him to music. The rest is history.
