An Amazing Film, About one of the greats.
Truly this 30 Anniversary edition of Raging Bull is a must. One of my hobbies is boxing & I have been doing so since 12 years of age. Manny go on about Cassius Clay(Ali). But in my opinion JAKE LA MOTTA was a monster in the ring!.Also above both 49-0 UNDEFEATED THERE WAS & WILL BE THE BOXER Rocky Marciano. A film that has also an unbelievable soundtrack, amazing camera shots & acting. De Niro should keep to acting & keep far away from politics. Because his choise in films the past few years has been terrible. Thank you Zavvi arrived immaculate.

Must have on Blu Ray, maybe not this edition
There is no doubt that this film is a must have on Blu Ray, it is stunning quality. However, you can choose between the Blu Ray 30th anniversary edition or the normal Blu Ray edition. The 30th edition is really for the hardcore fans of Martin Scorsese and his work. It comes with 4 new features on the extras list, most of which are modern videos about looking back at the film which I very much enjoyed. There isn't any special case or booklets, just the standards. The only thing to think about is whether the small amount of extra content is worth the extra money. If his goes on sale and there is only a small price difference, then go with this one.
