Best Star Trek series for years.

By far the best Star trek series in years. Going back to old format of one shot stories was inspired. The steelbook has a great design, only gripe is no Dolby Atmos or DTS-X soundtrack.

Boldy going everywhere...

This show is Star Trek perfection. It's fresh and fun and has everything you need in a trek show. A beautiful steelbook case as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Return to form

Great collection of episodes. Back to a show that's actually recognisable as Star Trek. Nice artwork on the case too.

Don't tell him Pike!

Pity Enterprise or logo aren't spot glossed on front cover or logo font used for "Series One". Don't like the terrain & planet images on the back cover. Larger spot glossed solo cameo of Pike on the bronzed starfield would've looked better. Inside image OK but looks washed out. Would've preferred a close-up CGI shot of the Enterprise. Hate that discs 2 & 3 are stacked. Wouldn't have purchased if known. What irritates more is disc 3 only has 2 episodes. If the Star Trek fly-by/badge & "previously on" clips were removed & disc 3 had all the extras the episodes would've fitted on discs 1 & 2. I could've then resolved the stacking issue by removing disc 3 as the extras were of no interest to me.
