TENET - LIMITED EDITION 4K ULTRA HD STEELBOOK (INCLUDES BLU RAY)

I do like the steel books and do have a few in my collection and Although I don't have a 4K Player for the 4K versions - it's cool that most of the Steel books do come with the Blu ray Disc also which always makes it value for money in my eyes.  Weird but good Movie though to be fair that has took me a few watches just to get my head around it.

TENET 4K Steelbook

This was the only film I got to see in the cinema in 2020, so at least I have something to compare the transfer to. The audio is still quite silent in this transfer, but apparently, this is how Christopher Nolan rolls... Video quality is amazing, though (of course). The extras definitely worth checking out, they are really cool and there are loads of them. I don't know how long this steelbook-edition will be available for, but I am satisfied with the quality, I'm glad I've got it. A: 8; V: 10.

Time-bending Nolan opus

I saw this film on-release in autumn at the pictures & loved it. Bears all the hallmarks of Christopher Nolan’s productions; ambitious, visually stunning, thoughtful & slick. Not for everyone I’m aware, but even my youngest daughter that hates all-things of this nature enjoyed it. Not entirely sure if it was as well-received as Nolan’s other fare but WAS released during a pandemic, so not exactly under the same circumstances. The lead actors are believable, the pace constant, & the effects hold-up under scrutiny. I won’t delve into the plot here but if you don’t get-it initially then you can always re-watch it on the beautiful steelbook 😊 The 4K steelbook is beautifully packaged, comes with the 4K & blu-ray disks plus a bonus extras disk too.

A True Christopher Nolan Classic

Christopher Nolan brings you his most mind-bending relationship with time ever. It’s full of temporal theories and plays with concepts of causality in such a way that upon your first viewing you’ll be left confused as to its purpose, but when you sit and think on it you realise the concepts he is portraying are far more accessible than they first appear. I love the extras and the quality is fantastic!

Clear as mud

The movie, presented in 4K, is one of the best I’ve seen. On the down side, I will be seeing it A LOT to try and get a handle on the story - something that Nolan excels at. Well worth the purchase. The Steelbook is the way to go with it’s excellent artwork. Unfortunately, we in the UK are once again denied a digital copy.
