Arrow Video is a division of Arrow Films, an independent entertainment distribution company that was formed in 1991. They focus on supporting filmmakers, both upcoming and established, to develop new films.

The company are heavily involved in restoring and distributing both classic and cult/horror films, known for their re-issues of critically acclaimed movies such as Hellraiser (30th anniversary), Donnie Darko (15th anniversary), and Cinema Paradiso (25th anniversary).

This specialist label includes films by genre-revolutionising directors, including horror moguls George A. Romero, Lucio Fulci, Lamberto Bava, and Dario Argento.

Accolades

Since its original founding in the early ‘90s, Arrow Films has been listed by The Guardian as their home video distributor of the year, not once but twice. And in 2011, the company was cited as the Label of the Year – with attention given to its long list of horror films. They would again achieve this award in 2013.

Thanks to their attention to detail, Arrow Video restorations have come to be recognised amongst the film community as some of the best available on the market.
