Haven't received order. Lack of communication.
If I could put Zero stars, I would! Ordered this on 27/11/25 and still not received. Had brief communication to start. Haven't heard anything for 2 weeks now. It's gotten beyond a joke. Never had such poor customer service.

Never arrived.
I ordered on 28th November and the order was never fulfilled. Weeks later, I was given nothing but poor communication and a series of ridiculous excuses instead of honest updates or a solution. No accountability, no urgency, and no sign that the order was ever going to be completed. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. Customer service has been unacceptable from start to finish. I have cancelled the order and expect a full refund, as nothing was ever delivered. I will not be ordering again and would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. Very disappointing service

Terrible Service
I ordered this jumper over 2 weeks ago. Not even dispatched yet. Zavvi will not respond to messages, so have no way of cancelling the order. So disappointed

I ordered this jumper 2 weeks ago and it has still not been posted, Zavvi do not respond to messages. Do not believe the promised next day delivery and this is not true!
