I bought this as a first laptop for my husband. It looks swell and he's really pleased with it. I specifically bought it as it said it came with Microsoft Office starter edition - however, when I tried to load it it asks for a 'key'. Providing this can be sent to me so I can activate I'm happy to give it the full monty of stars. Few laptops these days have DVD drives - but this one does - hurrah!
