Morgan encounters the elusive and beautiful Rita (Lucy Liu) who reveals that he is being brainwashed. Rita offers him anti-brain washing drugs and Morgan is forced into working for rival company Sunways. As a double agent Morgan is having difficulty distinguishing reality from the visions that plague him. His only hope to be saved is Rooks, Rita's boss, but first Morgan must complete a final assignment more deadly than anything that has come before,
