Fringe - Seasons 1-3

Fringe is one of the best Sci-fi programs about. I love the characters and all the little dark secrets they have. I would recommend this to all Sci-fi fans.

This would have been a 5 star review because the fringe series is fantastic and well worth watching, however it's not really for the light hearted as it can be pretty gruesome, but the story lines are great and the comedic value is great, Walter has to be my favourite character. But I dropped a star because even though Zavvi is the best price for the box set by a long shot, it did take 2 months for it to be delivered, but once I was able to talk to a human being, the customer service team were very helpful. Overall, It's definitely worth getting, I don't want to give too many spoilers, but it's like a cross between, CSI, the X-flies and a town called eureka, and I imagine not everyone will have the same delivery issues as I did.

Seasons 1-3 of Fringe is really good. It struggles a bit in the beginning of season 1, mostly because Anna Torv's character is a bit unsympathetic at first glance. But it really picks up and suddenly you're hooked. Great value.

This boxset is fantastic! I have watched Fringe on tv, but nothing beats a long run. It's exciting, edge of your seat stuff though not as far fetched as the majority of shows. I'm drawn into it instantly. I feel like Olivia, Peter and Walter are a part of my family. Starting out as an FBI agent and rising above the rest to join Fringe division, Olivia manages to excel,despite many personnel problems and Peter's always on hand to help. His father Walter is a typical eccentric genius and you can't help but fall in love with his character. It's a fascinating series and you daren't miss a minute. Fine acting, great effects and a storyline you just cant rule out as maybe one day being a possibility.....

"Fringe' is a fabulous, fantastic and totally engaging Sci-Fi series - featuring brilliant acting, excellent plot-lines and a mind boggling story arc that makes for truly compulsive viewing! I was hooked on "Fringe" from the word go. Truly excellent Sci-Fi series for the 21st Century - it has everything you could possibly ask for from parallel universes to shape-shifters to psychic phenomena. In fact all that could possibly be considered "fringe" cutting edge science. Plus the three main leads are brilliant - their characters, personalities, relationships and destinies evolve continuously throughout all three seasons. Excellent value for money - a real "must see" for all Sci-Fi fans and anyone who appreciates quirky, amusing, bizarre & intriguing stories.

Fantastic Sci-Fi Series (Think X-Files for the 21st Century with Parallel Universes thrown in!). I discovered this series by accident and it is one of the best Sci-Fi series ever! I loved the X-Files and Fringe is just as good! A fantastic series with decent acting, dynamic and intriguing plot-lines and a very engaging storyline that unfurls throughout the seasons.
