any one who watches the biggest losser knows that Jillian Michaels gets results, and this dvd will do just that. It can be used by people who are just starting to exercise or people who work out every day, because in each level there are two alternatives to most of the exercises, an easier way, and the more challenging way of doing something. so you can choose which intensity you work at. the combination of strength - cardio - abs is such a good way to work out because your heart rate stays high for the duration due to the cardio, but during the other sections you get a slight rest while still working your muscles. anyone who is serious about getting into shape can do so with this dvd. Jillian knows what she is talking about. the only down side is that there are only 3 different 20min workouts, and the last one (level 3) is an absolute killer, and so if you get bored easily, you may need to combine this dvd with other ones so you have more variation. there are loads more Jillian ones to choose from !
