Greg (Ben Stiller) and Pam (Teri Polo) are now happily married with two children, Greg has a successful career and is firmly in the 'circle of trust'. After a faint heart attack, Jack (Robert De Niro) starts to worry who will fill his role as the family patriarch when he dies. Jack and Dina (Blythe Danner) decide to pay Greg and Pam a visit which gives Jack the perfect opportunity to once again put Greg to the ultimate test and see if he has what it takes to be the 'GodFocker'.

Problems soon arise when Jack becomes suspicious of Greg's relationship with his work colleague Andi (Jessica Alba) and Pam's eccentric ex-boyfriend Kevin (Owen Wilson) shows up with a broken heart. Will Jack let Greg step into his shoes and will their feud finally come to an end? (Matt Fairfield).
